Founded in 2015, YomiCars was born from a passion for travel and a desire to make car rental in Morocco simpler and more accessible. Our founder, Youssef, transformed his small fleet of 5 cars into a nationwide company with over 500 vehicles in 15 cities.

Common Issues

What if my flight is delayed?
Don't worry! We monitor flight schedules and adjust pickup times accordingly. There's no additional charge for flight delays.

What should I do if I have a breakdown?
Contact our 24/7 roadside assistance immediately at the number provided in your rental agreement. We'll dispatch help right away.

1. Rental Agreement

By using YomiCars services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

2. Driver Requirements

The primary driver must be at least 21 years old and have held a valid driver's license for at least one year. Additional age restrictions may apply to certain vehicle categories.

3. Payment and Deposits

Full payment is required at the time of pickup. A security deposit may be held on your credit card and released upon return of the vehicle, subject to inspection.

4. Vehicle Use

The vehicle must be used in accordance with all applicable laws and only for legal purposes. The vehicle should not be taken outside of Morocco without prior written consent.

5. Liability

YomiCars is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use of the rental vehicle, except where caused by our negligence.

We collect personal information when you make a reservation, create an account, or use our services. This may include your name, contact information, payment details, and driver's license information.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to process reservations, communicate with you about your rental, improve our services, and occasionally send promotional offers (with your consent).

Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share your information with service providers who assist us in operating our business.

Cancellation Terms

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and flexible:

Standard Rentals

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before pickup: Full refund
• Cancellations made 24-48 hours before pickup: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup: No refund

Special Vehicles & Peak Periods

For luxury vehicles, vans, and rentals during peak periods (holidays, special events), different cancellation terms may apply. These will be clearly stated during the booking process.

No-Show Policy

If you fail to pick up your rental at the scheduled time without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
